– Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips – Sweetened Condensed Milk – Salt – Vanilla Extract
Begin by adding your chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to a double boiler.
I usually try to stick with a low to medium heat as I want to make sure I don’t burn the chocolate mixture.
Once this is all melted into a nice smooth consistency, remove it from the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
Now it’s time to pour this simple melted chocolate mixture into a parchment paper-lined 8 x 8 baking dish.
As soon as your mixture is evenly spread into your pan, top it with Andes Baking Chips.
Place the pan in the fridge so the fudge can harden. A couple of hours should do it! When it’s time, slice into inch squares and serve.
