You’ve got crunchy tortillas, juicy burgers, melted cheese, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and a creamy sauce. It’s a flavor explosion!
– Ground Beef – Cheese – Pickles – Lettuce
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, grated onion, mustard, and vinegar. Use a whisk or spoon to mix these wet ingredients together until well incorporated.
Add the seasonings of paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix the seasonings in, as well as the honey.
Divide the ground beef into 4-5 equal sized portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into a thin hamburger patty.
Cook the first side of the patty for about 2-3 minutes, or until properly browned and charred.
Remove the tortilla and patty from the pan and place on a plate. Top first with the pickles, then with shredded lettuce and onions.
