If so, this Creamy Chicken Tortilla Chip Casserole is gonna be the perfect answer for what to do with those bottom-of-the-bag chips you’ve got left on hand.
– Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs soup – Sour cream – Shredded cheeses – Rotisserie chicken
Mix together the cream of chicken with herbs soup, the sour cream, a handful of shredded cheese, a handful of onions, and chicken.
Layer the bottom of your baking dish with tortilla chips. Then spread a layer of your creamy mixture on top. Then repeat.
Top the layers with a different kind of shredded cheese - we used a fiesta blend here.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with some fun toppings: salsa, cilantro, a spoonful of sour cream, more green onion, anything goes.
