Hot spinach dip holds a special place in many hearts, but sometimes it’s nice to have a chilled appetizer instead.
This spinach dip dresses up a veggie tray. Move over, ranch dressing!
– Knorr's Vegetable Recipe Mix – Spinach – Sour Cream – Green Onions
First, you need to prep your spinach! If you are using fresh spinach, chop it into small slivers that would fit easily on a cracker.
If you are using frozen spinach, make sure to let it thaw first, and then use a paper towel to soak up as much of the excess moisture as possible.
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, diced onions, and soup mix.
After these other three ingredients are thoroughly combined, then add your chopped spinach or thawed spinach.
Place the spinach mixture into your serving dish and pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving, so that it can chill and firm up.
