– Egg – Sugar – Milk – Vanilla Extract
In large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar. You can either do this by hand, or use a stand mixer.
Then, add the milk, oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract until – whisk until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Then, slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Fill each indention of the mini donut pan 3/4 of the way full with the batter.
