The idea for Mini S’mores Pies caught my eye one night while scrolling Facebook! I saw a few different options for how to make them.
So we decided to give these indoor s’mores a try, using what we already had in our pantry to make them happen.
– Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts – Mini Marshmallows – Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone liner, and arrange the mini graham cracker pie crusts.
Fill each of the pie shells with equal amounts of mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, until the filling reaches just to the top of the pie crusts.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven for 5-8 minutes, until the top of the marshmallow are golden brown and the chocolate filling is gooey.
Let cool for a minute or two, and enjoy!
