Pie Crust – Butter – Powdered sugar – Flour
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
In the medium bowl of a stand mixer, blend the butter, powdered sugar, and flour to make the dough for the crust.
Pour the crust into the bottom of the pan, and then flatten into an even layer using either your hands or the flat bottom of a measuring cup.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and brown sugar. Then add each egg one at a time.
When the eggs are fully incorporated, add the pumpkin pie spice and salt, and then the evaporated milk.
