This Turkey and Havarti Croissant Sandwich is the perfect sandwich to make with Thanksgiving turkey leftovers!
They look fancy! Baked croissant sandwiches are the perfect way to take a regular lunchtime staple and make it seem truly special.
– Croissants – Havarti cheese – Turkey – Apricot jelly
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and prep your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Slice each croissant in half. Use a knife to spread one half with apricot jelly and the other half with honey mustard.
On the bottom half of the croissant, place one slice of cheese, 4 slices of turkey, and a small handful of arugula or micro greens.
Place the croissant tops back on. Brush the top of the tasty sandwich with butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
Place the sandwiches on the baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
