Snickerdoodle Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package cinnamon chips
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Combine 2 1/2 c flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Separately, cream butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Add vanilla and sour cream.
  • Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture until just combined.
  • Coat cinnamon chips with 2 T flour. Stir into batter.
  • Spoon batter into greased mini loaf pans until 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes.
  • Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
