Snickerdoodle Bread

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package cinnamon chips
- 2 tbsp flour
Combine 2 1/2 c flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Separately, cream butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
Add vanilla and sour cream.
Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture until just combined.
Coat cinnamon chips with 2 T flour. Stir into batter.
Spoon batter into greased mini loaf pans until 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
