Easy Biscuit Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry Shortcake made with pound cake is delicious, but this Easy Biscuit Strawberry Shortcake is a unique twist on a classic dessert recipe.


– Bisquick – Milk – Heavy Cream – Powdered Sugar – Butter


Step 1

Start by mixing your Bisquick and sugar together in a large mixing bowl, then cut in your cold butter with a pastry blender until they become coarse crumbs.

Step 2

Add your milk and mix until a soft dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll out your dough.

Step 3

Then use a biscuit cutter (or a jar!) to cut out your biscuits! Place them on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven.

Pour your cold cream in a large bowl, add your vanilla and powdered sugar, then use an electric mixer until the cream thickens up into soft peaks.

Step 4

When your biscuits are done baking, let them cool down. Top your biscuits with whipped cream, then plenty of fresh strawberries!
