Snickerdoodle Bread

This snickerdoodle bread recipe can be cooked as a larger loaf, as muffins, or (my personal favorite), in smaller mini loaves. They make perfect gifts!

Snickerdoodles are cookies with a distinct crackled appearance and a cinnamon sugar coating.

Ingredients:

– flour – baking powder – salt – cinnamon – butter softened – sugar – eggs – vanilla – sour cream – cinnamon chips

Instructions:

Step 1

Combine 2 1/2 c flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Separately, cream butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.

Step 4

Add vanilla and sour cream.

Step 5

Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture until just combined.
