- 1 Pound Ground Sausage
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 Cup Bisquick Biscuit Mix
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 6 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Brown and break up your sausage. Then set it on a plate lined with a paper towel so that the excess fat can be absorbed.
Beat your eggs, then add milk, salt, and mustard. Mix it thoroughly!
Grease your casserole dish. Then sprinkle the Bisquick mix evenly across the bottom.
Sprinkle your cooked sausage across the top of the Bisquick. Then spread the shredded cheese on top of the sausage.
Pour egg mixture over the entire dish. Then place your casserole in the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, take it out and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
