Bisquick Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Sausage
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 Cup Bisquick Biscuit Mix
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Brown and break up your sausage. Then set it on a plate lined with a paper towel so that the excess fat can be absorbed.
  • Beat your eggs, then add milk, salt, and mustard. Mix it thoroughly!
  • Grease your casserole dish. Then sprinkle the Bisquick mix evenly across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle your cooked sausage across the top of the Bisquick. Then spread the shredded cheese on top of the sausage.
  • Pour egg mixture over the entire dish. Then place your casserole in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next morning, take it out and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
