Set a slice of cheese on a cutting board. If your cheese is somewhat soft (like havarti), lay a sheet of parchment paper on top of the cutting board so that your cheese shape will be easier to remove.

Use your snowflake cookie cutter, tree-shaped cookie cutter, or other holiday cookie cutter to cut the slice of cheese into a fun, festive shape!

Carefully remove the cheese shape from the cutting board, and lay on top of one of the crackers.
