Biscuits

  • 2 1/3 Cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Butter

Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • First, you'll need to make your buttery biscuits. Start by mixing your Bisquick and sugar together in a large mixing bowl, then cut in your cold butter with a pastry blender until they become coarse crumbs. Add your milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll out your dough, and then use a biscuit cutter (or a jar!) to cut out your biscuits! Place them on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven.
  • While your tender biscuits are baking, make your whipped cream! Pour your cold cream in a large bowl, add your vanilla and powdered sugar, then use an electric mixer until the cream thickens up into soft peaks.
  • When your biscuits are done baking, let them cool down to room temperature - otherwise, your whipped cream will melt away! *Our biscuit mixture typically bakes best at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • Top your biscuits with whipped cream, then plenty of fresh strawberries!
