This Peach Oatmeal Bake can be served as dessert - or breakfast! Not a fan of peaches? You can actually make this simple recipe with any fruit.

  • 1 Glass Baking Dish

Ingredients
  

  • Peaches Fresh, Canned, or Frozen
  • 2 Sticks Butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar A little extra is fine! ;-)
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pour your peaches into your baking dish. If you're using canned peaches packed in syrup, be sure to drain the syrup off first.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the peaches, and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
