  • Baking Sheet (lined with foil or parchment paper)
  • Basting Brush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Croissants or 8 Mini Croissants!
  • 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of Arugula or Micro Greens
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and prep your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. It's not much fun trying to scrape off baked honey glaze from a baking sheet!
  • Slice each croissant in half. Use a knife to spread one half with apricot jelly and the other half with honey mustard.
  • On the bottom half of the croissant, place one slice of cheese, 4 slices of turkey, and a small handful of arugula or micro greens.
  • Place the croissant tops back on. Brush the top of the tasty sandwich with butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
  • Place the sandwiches on the baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
