My kids and I love watching different cooking shows. While we’re watching, my oldest likes to tell me which recipes he wants us to try, and he’s usually focused on the dessert they’re making!

Recently, though, we all got excited about trying this Cowboy Lasagna we came across on a weekend cooking show rerun.

I think what makes it cowboy is that it not only calls for ground beef in the recipe – but pork, too.

- ground beef - ground sausage - spaghetti sauce - lasagna noodles - Cheese - Pepperoni Slices

Ingredients:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 1

Brown your ground beef and sausage: Drain and then mix with your spaghetti sauce – a jar or two of store-bought spaghetti sauce work great for us.

Step 2

In your 9 x 13 pan, layer: meat/sauce mixture – lasagna noodles – cheeses (ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan) and then repeat until you reach the top of your pan!

Step 3

SWipe UP for full recipe!
