Peeps Bird Nest Treats for Easter

Peeps are just not my thing, but my kids went crazy when my mom made these Peeps Bird Nest Treats with them, so now you will probably find me purchasing at least one package of Peeps every single year.

Ingredients:

– Chow Mein Noodles – Marshmallows – Butter – Peeps – Candy Eggs

Instructions:

Step 1

Begin by melting the butter and marshmallows together - You may choose to use the microwave or a double boiler.

Step 2

Once the above mixture is melted, carefully fold in the chow mein noodles.

Step 3

Use this sticky concoction to carefully mold small "nests" in the palm of your hand - laying each completed one out on wax paper.

Greasing up your hands with Crisco (or a similar product) makes it much easier to work with these sticky, sticky nests! Quickly top each "nest" with one Peep and a few candy eggs.

Step 4

Your creations are complete! Now toss them in the fridge to harden, and they're ready to enjoy in no time!

Step 5
