Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3 Large Apples
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Topping

  • 2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and place the six ramekins on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the interiors of the ramekins with the melted butter.
  • Prep the apples by peeling off the skins and cutting them into 1-inch chunks that are 1/2-inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, create your apple filling by combining the apple chunks, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Spoon even amounts of apple mixture into each of the ramekins.
  • In a medium bowl, create your crumble topping by combining the brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • Spoon even amounts of the crumb topping atop the apple filling in each of the ramekins.
  • Bake the apple crisps for 35 minutes, or until the crisp topping is golden brown and the apples are softened.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, and enjoy!
