Equipment

  • Double Boiler Pan
  • Parchment Paper (or Silicone Mat)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups of Chex Cereal
  • 1 Cup of Chocolate Candy
  • 1 Cup of Peanuts and/or 1 Cup of Pretzels
  • 8 Oz. Chocolate for Melting
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Optional)
  • Mini Marshmallows (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by melting your chocolate.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together your dry ingredients: cereal, candy, etc.
  • When the chocolate has melted, pour it over your dry mixture. Gently fold it all together.
  • Then evenly pour your chocolate-coated mixture out evenly on a non-stick surface like parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Allow the chocolate to solidify - This can take an hour or two.
  • Now it's time to either package up - or enjoy!
