A few years ago, a friend of ours brought this World’s Easiest Blueberry Cobbler to a potluck, and in the moment I took my first bite, I knew I had to have the recipe!

We make it for Easter.
My hubby usually requests it for Father’s Day.
For some reason, we also like to make it when we’re feeling especially patriotic – like around Memorial Day or the 4th of the July!
Okay, let’s be honest: throughout the spring and summer months, we bake this Blueberry Cobbler recipe over and over again. It’s especially perfect to toss together after a trip to our favorite Pick-Your-Own Blueberries farm in Monroe, NC: TLC Blueberry Farm
World’s Easiest Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 pint of blueberries
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step #1: Layer one container of fresh blueberries in to the bottom of a baking dish.
Step #2: In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, butter, and egg.
Step #3: Evenly spread the mixture over the blueberries.
Step #4: Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
Step #5: Serve warm with Vanilla Bean Icecream on top! Perfection!
