A few years ago, a friend of ours brought this World’s Easiest Blueberry Cobbler to a potluck, and in the moment I took my first bite, I knew I had to have the recipe!
This Blueberry Cobbler is now a favorite in our house!
We make it for Easter.
My hubby usually requests it for Father’s Day.
For some reason, we also like to make it when we’re feeling especially patriotic – like around Memorial Day or the 4th of the July!
Okay, let’s be honest: throughout the spring and summer months, we bake this Blueberry Cobbler recipe over and over again. It’s especially perfect to toss together after a trip to our favorite Pick-Your-Own Blueberries farm in Monroe, NC: TLC Blueberry Farm
