Strawberry Crunch Cake Cookies

– Butter – Salt – Sugar – Egg Yolk – Strawberry Extract


Step 1

Use a large bowl and a stand mixer to blend the salt and softened butter together, then cream in both the white and brown sugars. After the sugars are incorporated, add eggs and both flavoring extracts.

Step 2

In a separate medium bowl combine together the strawberry Jello powder, vanilla pudding powder, flour, and baking powder. Then mix these dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Use a cookie scoop to create large balls of dough. Set them on a prepared baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Use the back of the cookie scoop to flatten the balls of dough slightly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes – and while the cookies are baking, start making your strawberry crunch topping.
