There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves – This series has been a favorite in our house for years. The storylines have always made my kids laugh out loud.
The Leaves on the Tree – This is a simple picture book that does a great job introducing young students to different types of leaves/trees.
We’re Going on a Leaf Hunt – Remember the class story/song “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt”? This book was inspired by that childhood favorite!
Why Do Leaves Change Colors? – This is a non-fiction picture book all about how leaves change colors. This book is part of the Let’s-Read-and-Find-Out book series. I can not speak for every book in that series, but this is one we’ve used for fall learning!
