Pull-Apart Bundt Cake Pan Pizza Ring
Ingredients:
- Pizza Dough – We love the pre-made pizza dough sold in bags at Aldi. We have found similar pizza dough options at other grocery stores as well. I’ve seen this recipe made with biscuit dough, which could also be a yummy option if you want to try it.
- Pepperoni – Your family may also enjoy another meat added to the mix. How about Italian sausage? Salami? Ham?
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – If I have parmesan cheese on hand, I usually add some of that, too! Plenty of cheese is what makes this such a great recipe!
- Seasonings of Choice – We love the Pizza and Pasta Sprinkle from Savory Spice. Such yummy pizza flavor! It is an Italian Seasoning blend that we’ve gotten kind of attached to, but any Italian seasoning will work well in this recipe. My husband likes to sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes on his serving. Running low on seasonings? One time, I served this with nothing but garlic powder as the seasoning, and the whole family was just fine with that! Want to take things to the next level? Try drizzling melted garlic butter into the layers – yes!
- Vegetables (Optional) – What does your family love on their pizza? Onions? Mushrooms? Green Peppers? Around here, we’re kind of plain with our pepperoni and cheese, but veggies added to this pizza ring might be just what your family ordered!
- Side of Pizza Sauce or Other Dipping Sauce (Optional)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
Step-by-Step Directions for How to Make a Bundt Cake Pizza
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then oil your Bundt cake pan – using EVOO, nonstick cooking spray, or melted butter.
- Next, tear your dough into pieces, placing them in large bowl. I toss them in a little oil, just so they don’t stick to each other.
- Then begin layering dough pieces, meat, cheese and seasoning into your greased Bundt pan. Don’t forget to layer those veggies as well if you’ve decided you want some in your pizza ring.
- Then place the pan in a preheated oven and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20-30 minutes. The timing will depend on your oven, the type of pan you’re using, and what all you’ve added to your pizza bread recipe. Watch for your pizza ring to get golden brown – that’s how you’ll know it’s ready to cool and enjoy!
Dips and Sauce Options
My family loves dipping their pizza in ranch dressing, and the same goes for anytime I make this pizza ring.
A side of warm pizza sauce in a small bowl is also a perfect addition to this delicious recipe.
Warm Marinara sauce works, too!
Pizza Ring Leftovers
To have enough to go around in our house, I usually have to make two rings.
There aren’t typically leftovers, but when there are, they store well in the fridge for a day or two.
Any kind of pizza leftovers – Yum!
I can make a breakfast out of that – ha!
