I really think you’re going to like it!
Wanna give it a try?
Grab your favorite bag of potato chips – The Ruffles or the Wavy Lays seem to work best!
P.S. Did you know you could buy your potato chips on Amazon?
I’ve not decided if this is beautiful….or terrifying…or both.
Anyway, melt a batch of Almond Bark (You can grab that on Amazon, too! haha!) – For this step, I love using my double boiler insert!
When your chocolate has completely melted to a smooth texture, start dipping those chips! (For extra smoothness, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to the chocolate.)
After dipping, lay these little gems out on wax paper, and as soon as the chocolate has hardened, they are ready to enjoy! You may want to throw them in the refrigerator to speed up the process, but either way, it honestly doesn’t take too long for them to be ready to eat!
These chocolate-dipped potato chips are the perfect combo of salty and sweet! If you decide to give this a try, be sure to let me know what you think! You may decide they’re not for you, but I have a feeling that someone in your house is going to love you forever for giving this crazy idea a try!
